We currently run three Representative Squads. They are Under 7s, 8's, 9s, and 10's. These teams play during the school holidays so it doesn't interfere with their local sides on the weekends. Players are chosen from the courses that we run either in the schools or elsewhere. We hope that in the future once these sides have been together for a while we will be able to go and play tournaments elsewhere in the country and hopefully abroad as well.
During the summer we took a squad of players on a team building camp in Cambridgeshire. They were away for two days, one day was spent doing activities whilst the other was spent training followed by a friendly game in the afternoon.
We are always looking for friendlies during the school holidays so if you run a local team or know somebody else who does and would like a friendly please contact us.
These images were taken at Christmas 2006, when the squads had a couple of friendlies at Northgate High School. Even though it was rather cold the children enjoyed playing on Northgate's new surface.
