Cricket- Learn all the skills involved with cricket, from Fielding, Batting and Bowling using the Kwik Cricket Bags. All these skills which are developed are tested in the Kwik Cricket games at the end of each session. These sessions can be aimed at any age and any ability.

Fencing- The Fencing course is a taster session and will teach children the correct basic techniques used with the sport. They will learn the En Guard position, how to move, how to score, attacking and defensive manouvers. At the end of the session they will be given the chance to compete against others.

Multisports (Invasion Games)- This is a Multisport Bag aimed at 9 - 12 yr olds. The Invasion bag develops the skills already learnt and applies them to specific sports such as Football, Rugby, Basketball, Hockey and Netball. The equipment in this bag has all the Balls etc needed to play these sports.

Multisports (Top Play)- This is a Multisport Bag aimed at 5 - 8 yr olds. The Top Play bag aims to develop all the skills needed to take part in a variety of sports. The sessions are aimed to develop skills such as Rolling, Throwing, Kicking, Catching and using Bat & Ball. The equipment consists of Foam Balls, Plastic Bats, Rubber Rings etc.
